Salary: £66,789 - £78,888
Warwickshire Police are seeking resilient, dynamic and inspirational leaders who can help drive the force forward in times of continuing change and deliver outstanding policing services to the communities of Warwickshire.
It is an exciting time to join the Force and help shape its future as we develop a new policing model designed to deliver an outstanding police force that provides the best possible protection to our communities and is a great place to work for our officers, staff and volunteers. In support of this we have recently re-launched our force vision and values, re-affirming our commitment to protecting people from harm and our ambition to be the best at protecting the most vulnerable. We recognise that this ambition can only be achieved through our dedicated and professional workforce, which is why we have also made a promise to all our staff to put their health and wellbeing first, and with the support of our Police and Crime Commissioner, the force will grow throughout 2019 with the recruitment of additional officers, PCSOs and operational staff.
These posts require energetic, operationally strong and good team players with a proven track record in leading change as well as partnership and collaborative working. There are a number of opportunities available, including uniform policing, investigative functions and Professional Standards. Applications are invited from substantive Chief Inspectors seeking promotion as well as substantive Superintendents looking to transfer.
A familiarisation day will take place on Wednesday 5th June 2019 to assist your preparation and you must be available on one of the selection dates of 10th June and 14th June. If you would like an informal discussion on any aspects of the role, please contact Staff Officer, Insp James Coleman on 01926 415007 or email: email@example.com
