HR Advisor – Policy
Applications are invited for the position of HR Advisor (Policy) within the People and Development department.
The successful candidate will lead the continued development and implementation of HR Policies across the Force, ensuring that policies adhere to legislation and corporate governance as well as ensuring that they are clear and accessible at all levels.
It is essential that the successful candidate has a level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent and has knowledge of current thinking in Human Resources issues.
