The City of London Police is a diverse organisation therefore this role is pivotal in ensuring we attract, retain, develop and promote people from different backgrounds and different experiences to meet our Corporate ambition. As member of the senior management team within People Services you will be responsible for leading the operational and strategic delivery of the People Strategy across the Force, this will include developing promotion and attraction processes that will appeal to a diverse range of people.You should be an experienced HR professional who thrives on the challenge of working in a fast paced environment and has proven experience of delivering high profile recruitment and attraction campaigns within tight timeframes.
The role holder will lead a small team to deliver the resourcing requirement to the force and will help formulate the recruitment, promotion and attraction strategies, which will link with the force’s equality and Inclusion strategy.

The successful candidate must hold a minimum of a MCIPD CIPD qualification
