Citizens in Policing Co-ordinator – Cadets

If the answer is yes you could be right for the post of Citizens in Policing Cadet Coordinator. The post holder will be responsible for implementing key elements of the Citizen’s in Policing agenda and volunteer cadet programme to develop and enhance volunteering in Cleveland Police. Working with key stakeholders you will create sustained volunteering opportunities with a particular focus on young people and career pathways which attract a diverse range of volunteers with varying skills and experience from across the communities of Cleveland. You will be able to develop the Citizen’s in Policing Programme ensuring a focus on service improvements which supports all policing activities, encourages diverse community participation and contributes to delivering the best service to local communities.
We are seeking individuals who have experience of working with young people and groups from a range of backgrounds, are adept at developing networks with partner and voluntary agencies, as well as possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.
