Applications are invited for the post of Governance Manager within the Cleveland Police Specialist Operations Unit. In this post you will oversee and support the governance and licensing requirements for:
Whilst possessing understanding and experience around governance structures, you will also be highly motivated and have a keen eye for detail to ensure that structures, systems and policies are in place and optimised, to ensure the best possible governance arrangements. We are seeking candidates who demonstrate excellent leadership skills, who have a track record of working collaboratively. As well as management of the governance support officer, you will work closely with the Heads of Specialist Training and the Learning and Development team. An understanding of licensing requirements is essential, and you will be adept at working within a strategic environment, alongside senior leaders.
