Performance Assistant (Ref 22-148)

Are you a great team player but have the ability to work on your own initiative in a busy performance team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Performance Assistant based within the Performance, Quality and Review Team at Cleveland Police Central Headquarters, Hemlington.
In this post you will support the Performance Analysts and assist with the provision of a performance measurement and reporting function to the Force. You will be right for this role if you are experienced in the collation and research of data whether this is held electronically or within a manual record. Possessing a keen eye for detail, candidates must be able to show they are methodical and logical in their approach to ensure that performance information produced is of the highest of standards.
Although not essential it would be advantageous for candidates to have experience of data mining tools such as Power BI or similar. Candidates who have an understanding of performance measurement, research and statistical techniques will be particularly suited to this role. You will also need to be proficient in the use of Excel as you will regularly create, update and maintain spreadsheets.
