Business Support Officer

Reporting to

Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Set out below are the broad team-based responsibilities for the Business Support Officer

• To act as a first response to all operating matters from users and customers relating to the unpaid work
• To support existing staff in all matters relating to the Intervention Hub.
• To be responsible for producing monthly performance reports for the Contracts Manager.  
• To support the continuous development of existing and new services.
• To support the collection evidence all services lines.
• To be support for the function of sourcing, targeting and winning new business for the business
• To support lead generation and arranging initial appointments
• To support with preparing proposals and presentations
• To support the creation of polished proposals, presentations, contracts and other documentation, in line with relevant department procedures.
• To ensure all written work is of a top-quality standard and adheres to the business brand style guidance at all times. 
• To support responds to tenders, Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other requests for information in a timely and organised manner.
• To attend meetings with prospects and established client nominated staff as required.
• To represent the business at industry events when required and to represent the company and its products and services at all times in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Conduct a triage service to support IH projects
