Cleveland Police is embarking on a process to select suitably qualified police officers wishing to become a Chief Inspector.

Cleveland Police is looking for Leaders that will take Cleveland up to and beyond 2020. The selection process will involve a competency based application form followed by an interview phase which will involve an operational assessment. Further details on that final phase will be provided to those candidates who are successful at the initial application stage.
All applicants will be required to demonstrate competency at their current rank through production of their most recent PDR (Performance Development Review) document.
Applications must be submitted no later than the 28th March 2017.The whole process is planned to conclude by the end of May 17 with successful candidates moving into post during 2017 subject to operational and organisational requirements.
