Experienced Deputy Disclosure Manager required in Cheshire
Our client is looking to recruit a Deputy Disclosure Manager to effectively and efficiently manage the operational Disclosure support on a high profile investigation in liaison with the Disclosure Manager.
You will assist the Disclosure Team with any queries in relation to ascertaining the relevancy/materiality of the material, its evidential value, sensitivity and ability to undermine the case or assist the defence (the disclosure test). Identify deficiencies and problems with continuity or other evidence related matters and identify any material that is subject to Public Interest Immunity, completing the relevant forms.
You will ensure work is prioritised to facilitate the main lines of enquiry set by the Director/SI’s. Review all MG disclosure schedules and schedules produced under Common Law guidelines certifying that it has been inspected in accordance with the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 as amended, the Code of Practice and the Attorney General's Guidelines.

Salary: £16.17ph PAYE - £21ph Umbrella
Full Time: 37 hours per week
Contract: Temp contract until end of March 2018
