“Working in the Response Team in Northants Police will place you at the operational heart of our objective to protect people from harm. You will have the challenge of often being the first officer to attend and resolve a huge variety of incidents across a diverse rural and urban county. You will be part of a large team, working from hubs at Daventry, Northampton, Wellingborough and Kettering. Officers may have the opportunity to be trained as a Specialist Taser Officer (currently held STO and driver skills can be transferred).”
“Working in the Proactive Team in Northants Police will give you an opportunity to test your problem solving skills whilst working on our forces tasking priorities. You will be part of a force proactive team working from Northampton or Kettering. You will be part of a well-equipped and motivated team. Currently held skills in proactive Policing can be transferred.”
