Witness Liaison Coordinator required for a 2 year FTC!
Our client is looking to recruit a Witness Liaison Coordinator support a high profile investigation and be the first point of contact and support for identified witnesses throughout the judicial process.
The Witness Liaison Coordinator will be involved in the research and compilation of witness packs in respect of witnesses required to give evidence at court to allow CPS to make informed decisions in line with the witness charter and Achieving Best Evidence.
Gathering information to support the witness manager to carryout comprehensive risk assessment of individuals needs in order that appropriate witness management and support plan can be put in place.
Meeting with witnesses in order to identify any issue which may adversely affect their ability to provide accurate reliable testimony and planning to address those needs in advance of trial.

Location: This post will be based in Warrington with frequent and overnight travel to assist and continually support multiple witnesses through the judicial process.
Salary: £27,876 per annum
Full Time: 37 hours per week
Contract: 2 year Fixed Term Contract
Please note that due to the nature of the investigation any individuals who have previously worked for West Midlands, South Yorkshire or Merseyside police are unable to apply. Current and previous individuals who have been involved with the Hillsborough investigation are also unable to apply.
