About the job
The role holder plays a key part in the Defence and Security Organisations plans relating to the Security Export Strategy working across DIT, especially on high value campaigns and the delivery of export win targets. Security features in many other sectors (energy, global sports, healthcare, education, mass transportation etc.) and the position is also integral to the planning and delivery of the annual Home Office/DIT DSO Security and Policing Exhibition and other major events (DSEI, CT EXPO, UK Security Expo). The role holder also leads a number of security trade missions throughout their region during which they are central to government to government discussions and development of DIT DSO relationships.
