The Police Service of Northern Ireland is seeking to appoint Chief Superintendents to a wide variety of roles.
We are looking for people who are outstanding leaders to effectively deliver the Chief Constable’s vision of Keeping People Safe by Policing with the Community, to win the trust and confidence of the people we serve.
Chief Superintendents play a critical lead role in complex and/or high-profile operations; planning and directing activities in line with legal frameworks and wider policing policies/objectives to uphold the law and Keep People Safe.
Chief Superintendents also lead in the development of culture and working processes in their area, to ensure adherence to standards and the promotion of accountability and continuous improvement.
Candidates will have the ability to focus on organisational capability, working to optimise the resources we have and meet the changing policing demands and challenging financial environment. Candidates will also have the momentum to work collaboratively with partners, as we look to the future and change how we collectively deliver our services.
