Domestic Violence Coordinator required in Hull.
We are looking to recruit a number of Domestic Violence Coordinators support the team in reducing the risk to vulnerable children and adults and reduce the risk posed by perpetrators of abuse.
The Domestic Violence Coordinator will carry out a secondary/enhanced risk assessment. This may involve contacting victims and / or partner agencies. Offer support and guidance to victims and refer to partner agencies as appropriate.
You will offer support and guidance to investigating officers. Manage and coordinate DV Disclosure Enquiries and complete MARAC actions. Prepare reports and refer cases to MARAC.
Support and guide HBV and harassment investigation as and when required.
Domestic Violence Coordinator will ensure performance areas for domestic abuse within the force are monitored and actively pursued. These includes positive actions and arrest rate.
It is desirable that the applicant has experience of work within a policing/public sector environment.
Experience of implementing organisational change
Pay: £12.59ph LTD.
Contract: Temp up to 6 months
Hours: Full Time – 37 hrs per week
This role will require security screening and vetting as part of the recruitment process.
